One-on-One Coaching, Focused Entirely on You
Some goals demand undivided attention. Not every path fits a group, and not every person learns the same way. That's not a shortcoming, it's a fact. Individual Employment Support meets it head-on with coaching built around a single person: you.
This service is for adults with developmental disabilities who want to learn a new job or strengthen the skills they already have, with focused, one-on-one guidance. Grounded in Ohio DODD's Individual Employment Support, a coach works directly beside you, whether you're starting fresh or advancing in a role you already hold. The goal is real employment in your community, on your terms.
The approach is personal by design. Your coach learns how you work best, then supports you where it matters most: learning tasks, adjusting to a workplace, or building toward a promotion. Progress comes at your pace, but it comes steadily. Question the old assumption that people with disabilities can't hold meaningful jobs. We've watched it fall apart, one person at a time.
